This Board meeting will be a hybrid meeting with both an in-person and a virtual option to attend. The in-person option will be in the conference room at the BSRB office at 700 SW Harrison St., Ste. 420, Topeka, KS 66603. The meeting will also be conducted virtually and broadcast on the BSRB YouTube channel on Monday, November 10, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible. Members of the public may view the YouTube broadcast or listen to the meeting by conference call. To ensure that we have adequate space for individuals wishing to attend the meeting in-person, we request that you RSVP by sending an e-mail to David Fye, Executive Director for the Board, at david.fye@ks.gov, no later than noon at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled meeting.
