The Professional Counseling Multi-State Compact Commission's Executive Committee has approved Draft Rules to be posted for public comment.  The public comment period begins today, March 17, 2026, and ends on April 20, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. for Chapter 10, The Rule on Supervised Experience.

The comment period has been extended for the draft rules in proposed Chapter 8 Conversion and Chapter 9 Consistent Credentialing to end at the same time.

Consideration of public comments received will begin with the Rules Committee for review.
