In the fall of 2024 and spring of 2025, the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board implemented a partnership with CE Broker to provide a free portal to all licensees as a way to keep track of their continuing education (CE) credits and stay in compliance with license renewal requirements.

Effect immediately, we are excited to share an important update that will make managing CE requirements even easier for users of the CE Broker Basic (free) account.

 

It is now possible for CE Broker Basic account holders to directly view their specific CE requirements within their CE Broker account! This feature is designed to help licensees stay on track with license renewal by providing a clear and accessible summary of what's required.

With this upgraded service, CE Broker Basic Account Users will now see:

• A personalized list of CE requirements, broken down by subject area and the number of hours needed.
• Details on any specific requirements based on the renewal scenario (e.g., first-time renewal vs. standard renewal).
• Other key information (for instance, if you have requirements for live hours or limits on "anytime" hours.)

This in-app view offers users the essential information needed to manually track their progress and easily compare requirements with their course history.

This new feature will make it easier for Basic account holders to find and track their requirements, so you are always prepared for license renewal.
